Ordering: |

All items are made to order! What this means is, we do not usually keep a stock. When you DM anyone on staff, or place an order using the form linked in the Explore Tab on the top right of this website, one of our members will claim the order. That sales rep will contact you with a final price and an estimated time for your order to be done, and once approved, they'll get to work! We'll farm up the animus for any items you need.
Your sales rep will get in touch with you when your order is ready to be traded. Payment isn't due until your order is complete - but having a sales rep complete your order, and then cancelling it, or not having payment ready, will unfortunately result in being added to our shop's Blacklist.

All prices are set via the Monstrology Value Guide, used by the WizShops and Bartleby's Bizarre Bazaar Discord Servers. The guide is linked in the Explore Tab on the top right.

Sales: |

Every week, we run a sale on a specific type of creature. Almost always, these sales are based on Extract Type. These sales are usually a 50% discount on the creatures in question. You can see which sale we're currently running, as well as which sales are coming up, in the Sale Calendar section under the Explore Tab on the top right!

Bundles: |
|
Bundles are lists of items that we sell together at an additional discount. For example, our Darkmoor Collection is a bundle of fourteen of the most powerful and unique creatures from that area of the Spiral, at a 10% discount off of the total.
Our weekly sales that we run DO apply to these bundles! Our sales are 50% off the final bundle price - For some whopping savings on these items when timed properly, and purchased together!
We have two types of bundles: Creature-Type Bundles (Dragon, Moth, Oni, Spider, etc.), and World Collections (The most desirable creatures in a certain area or world.) You can find them in the Explore Tab on the top right!

Denial of Service Disclaimer: |

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time, for any reason at all (or without a reason). Any services already paid for but not fulfilled will be refunded if a denial of service is issued.

Bulk Order Disclaimer: |

Please note that any bulk orders (Orders of many items for any one creature) may be charged a surcharge based on the amount of items, the location of the creature, and the original price of the item.
This policy mostly exists for when we get orders like "1000 Lost Soul Summons" (A real order we've filled!) so we don't spend many days and many Triple Animus Elixirs for very few empowers.
We do need to make our time worth it. This surcharge will not apply to ALL bulk orders - if your order does require a surcharge, you'll be informed of this before our collectors begin working on your order.

Skeleton Key Disclaimer |

Until Skeleton Key Boss Battle Keys make their way to the game, NONE of our sales will apply to Gold Key Creatures.
Beyond that, a limit on Skeleton Key Creatures will be imposed. We will only allow a certain number of these items to be purchased per customer at a time to prevent us from running out of Skeleton Keys.
This limit will change on a case-by-case basis depending on the request and how many keys our team has at any given time. This will be discussed BEFORE we get to work on any order placed involving Key Creatures. Thank you for your patience!
